This transducer was customized for ultrasonic high power welding.
The transducer consists of a housing, a matching layer, a piezoceramic disk transducer, a backing, an extraction cable, and a Cymbal array receiver. The piezoelectric ceramic disk transducer is made of PZT-5 piezoelectric material with polarization direction polarization. The Cymbal array receiver consists of 8 to 16 Cymbal transducers, two metal rings and rubber gaskets. A piezoelectric ceramic disk transducer is used as a basic ultrasonic transducer for transmitting and receiving ultrasonic signals; a Cymbal array receiver is located above the disk piezoelectric transducer as an ultrasonic receiver for receiving the disk Doppler echo signals outside the transducer band. The working distance of the invention is greater than 35 m, the frequency bandwidth reaches 10 kHz, and the long-distance target moving at high speed can be detected.

Ultrasonic transducer product features:

Ultrasonic transducer common problems:
1. The ultrasonic vibrator is damp. You can check the plug connected to the transducer with a megger. Check the insulation resistance value to judge the basic situation. Generally, the insulation resistance is greater than 5 megohms. If the insulation resistance value is not reached, the transducer is generally damp. The whole transducer (excluding the sprayed plastic case) can be placed in the oven for about 3 hours at 100 °C or used to remove moisture to the resistance value. Normal until now.
2, the transducer vibrator is fired, the ceramic material is broken, and it can be combined with the naked eye and the megohmmeter. Generally, as an emergency treatment measure, the individual damaged vibrator can be disconnected without affecting the normal use of other vibrators.

4, stainless steel vibrating surface perforation, the general transducer can be used for 10 years at full load, the vibrating surface perforation may occur.

Description:
